Jill and Michael’s gorgeous Mapleside Farm Wedding (in the Barn, might we add) was one for the books! Even with storm clouds and pouring down rain for most of the day (that pushed the outside ceremony to take place inside the barn), these two let nothing interfere with their amazing and beautiful wedding day. They were from the moment they saw each other (during the sweetest intimate first look) until the end of the night getting down on the dance floor – you could feel the love radiating off of them!
We spent the morning at the Aloft hotel where everyone got ready and where the bride and groom’s first look took place. From there, we headed to Mapleside Farm where we stayed the remainder of the day and night. Though the ceremony was moved inside the barn due to crazy rain, everything still turned out perfect.
We always love all of the wonderful traditions that we get to experience at Jewish weddings and how friends and family get to take part in sharing the day with the bride and groom. During the Tisch, we got to hear so many great stories about Jill and Michael from the people who love them the most and it was incredible. The Ketubah signing was another sweet emotional moment of the day and the other traditional Jewish elements, from circling under the Chuppah to the Hora at the end of the night, were such a great way to bring this couple together. We’re so lucky to have gotten to be a part of this day and we’re excited to share all the pictures with you!
“Autumn and Jay are incredible! Autumn drove all the way down to Columbus for our engagement photos and helped make my reluctance fiancé feel at ease. He actually ended up having fun despite the 90 degree heat! Our photos were beautiful! We will certainly treasure them for a lifetime! Of course, the same goes for our wedding photos! Despite intermittent rain, Autumn and Jay made sure that we got both indoor and outdoor photographs. Their aesthetic is so beautiful and creative…like something out of a magazine! I would absolutely recommend there & eight photography to anyone!!” – Jill (the gorgeous bride)
